You are welcome to our site. I am Mrs. Uju. C. Ijejika, the Chairperson and CEO of the Brittania-U group – the first of my gender in the Nigerian E & P sector. We are an emerging E & P group, achieving laudable milestones in the industry and building Partnerships that keep us on the win-win path.  We have documented some of the initial achievements we have made. I give you our commitment to maintain this site live as more milestones of our emerging Company are accomplished. Brief History - BRITTANIA-U NIGERIA LIMITED (RC No. 284481)

Brittania-U Nigeria Limited (“Brittania-U”) is an indigenous and integrated Company incorporated on 4th December, 1995 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Starting business as a medium general enterprise and contracting Company, its share capital was increased by 500% of that at inception, to 50,000,000 (fifty million) ordinary shares of N1.00 each i.e. N50,000,000 (fifty million Naira) fully paid up share capital in September, 2007 to meet requirements for its then new business – Oil & Gas.

The Company’s registered office was initially at No. 21 Boyle Street (4th Floor), Onikan, Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria (at incorporation), then moved to 4th Floor, Union Bank Building, Plot 97 Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, from where it moved to No.14 Saka Tinubu Street, Victoria Island, Lagos State, Nigeria.
